ActiveCampaign

Easy to use and a lot of integrations. Popular like HubSpot and has a CRM and machine learning. It is hard to make bulk changes. Excellent for small to medium-sized businesses.

HubSpot

A one-stop-shop for CRM, marketing automation, sales, and customer service. Does not have the machine learning and enterprise integrations that Pardot and Marketo has.

Drip

Great for small to medium-sized e-commerce stores.

Mailchimp

Great for small to medium-sized e-commerce stores.

Marketo

Enterprise-ready marketing automation software. Does not have a built-in CRM but works well with Salesforce. Has a nice drag and drop template designer so good for medium-sized marketing teams without development skills. Easier to use than Eloqua and Pardot. Not the most affordable option. Limited reporting and analytics. Helps you map out the buyer’s journey.

Klaviyo

Great for small to medium-sized e-commerce stores.

Oracle Eloqua

Over 700 integrations which are commonly used with enterprise software. Good for large teams with a lot of data points. Requires a lot of training and team buy-in to use it properly. Will need to be attached to a CRM and database.

Pardot

Good for B2B and account-based marketing.

ConvertKit

Good if you are selling digital products or rely mainly on email marketing. Does not have a CRM
