How to Combine Blog Authors in HubSpot

HubSpot has the ability to delete a blog author and have their posts reassigned to an existing author. This is commonly done if an employee leaves a company and you no longer want the content attributed to that author. Below are the steps needed to combine authors in HubSpot blogs.

Step 1: Login to your HubSpot Account and go to Marketing > Website > Blog

Step 2: In left sidebar, choose Authors

Step 3: Click the more button dropdown next to the author you would like to delete, then click delete

Step 4: Choose the author you would like to reassign their posts to, type delete to finalize the action
