Quote Request Cart with Form
Shows the visitor's quote list next to your HubSpot quote request form, so they can review and submit it in one step.
How to add it
Edit a page, open the module picker, and search for Quote Request Cart with Form. Drop it into a drag-and-drop area, then fill in the fields below. See the theme modules page for how the modules look together.
Fields
Fields are grouped as they appear in the editor. Indented rows belong to the group above them.

| Quote List Heading | Text | Default: Items in your quote request. |
| Form Heading | Text | Default: Send your request to our sales team. |
| Quote Request Form | Form | Select a form. It must include a multi-line text field with the internal name 'quote_request_items' (hidden automatically) so the visitor's product list reaches your CRM. Add a file upload field if buyers send drawings or CAD files. |
| Items Field Internal Name | Text | Advanced. Only change this if the multi-line form field that receives the product list uses a different internal name than 'quote_request_items'. Default: quote_request_items. |
| Console test output | Toggle | For setup only. Prints the quote list and a pass/fail check of the form to the browser console (developer tools). Turn it off before you go live. You can also add ?bcqc-test=1 to the page URL to test without changing this setting. Default: off. |
